Alum Amnon Lotem promoted to Chief Technology Officer at Skybox Security

ISR alumnus Amnon Lotem (Ph.D. Computer Science 2000) has been appointed Chief Technology Officer by Skybox Security. Lotem has more than 20 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), modeling and simulation techniques. He was advised by Professor Dana Nau (CS/ISR).

Lotem joined Skybox Security in 2002 as Chief Scientist. During his tenure, he has guided the company's research in cyber security solutions and is responsible for development of Skybox’s patents, both awarded and pending. He has also led the company’s development of core algorithms for attack simulation, risk analysis, and network compliance. Before joining Skybox Security Dr. Lotem was a co-founder of Estimotion Ltd., and held R&D management positions at Amdocs and Technomatix Technologies.

Skybox Security specializes in automated security risk and compliance management.
