The existing text should go with a link to this file. 
However, the link should be changed to match the file
name exactly.  That is:

"To use the template, download Production Control.tpl
and place it in the Arena templates directory on your
local drive, C:\Program Files\Rockwell
Software\Arena\Template (or something like that)."

The file we have linked there now should have the
following description:

"If you have access to the Professional Edition of
Arena, you may download the source code file
Production Control.tpo."
