Staff Bio-sketch (See Responsibilities)

Full Time:

Jean LaFonta, Coordinator.
Jean joined SEIL two years ago to help manage the lab. Previously, he was a junior partner in a consulting firm he helped create after a spin-off from a major association management company in Washington, DC. He served multiple associations in many different instances, and managed a comprehensive intelligence gathering service for four years.

Trevor Vaughan, Lab Manager.

Part-Time:

Anthony Moore, Lab Assitant.
Down from Washington State to Southern California, Tony is now a junior in computer engineering at the University of Maryland. His interest in the how and why of computers makes him a great asset to SEIL.

Nalini Bharatula, Programmer.
Nalini holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering majoring in electronics & communications from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, India. Thereafter She worked at NIIT Limited as a Software Engineer for over a year. She currently is pursuing a Masters in Telecommunications at the University of Maryland.

Mohith Narayan, Student Helper.
Mohith is doing his double major in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering. He loves doing research related to material. He had been working on the Image Compression project with Bowie State University and UMIACS till last year.
