Senior Scientist in the University of Michigan's Institute for Data Science
Henry previously served as Principal Associate Director for Environment and Energy in the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP), Acting Associate Director and Principal Deputy Associate Director for the Department's Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, President of the Federation of American Scientists, Associate Director for technology at OSTP, Senior Associate at the Congressional Office of Technology Assessment, Assistant Director of the Solar Energy Research Institute (now the National Renewable Energy Laboratory), and he worked at the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency.
