Espy-Wilson Included in "Soul of Technology" Exhibit

Prof. Carol Espy-Wilson
The exhibit will be displayed at Palo Alto City Hall, beginning with an opening reception on February 2, 2009, at 5 p.m.
In 1998, John William Templeton, a business commentator, journalist, historian and author of books and papers on the role of African Americans in technology, was asked by two Silicon Valley pioneers, Roy Clay Sr. and Frank Greene Jr., to help create an exhibit featuring the top 20 black technologists for the Tech Museum of Innovation in San Jose. Now in its ninth year, the exhibit has expanded to include 50 of the most influential African Americans in technology.
