ISR organizing interdisciplinary student group
Students from across the Clark School of Engineering who are advised by ISR faculty have been invited to develop ISR’s interdisciplinary student organization.
A committee is now meeting to organize activities that will introduce and familiarize graduate students with the Institute for Systems Research, its current research activities and opportunities, and its cross-disciplinary involvement with departments at the University of Maryland, local industry and government.
Over the next year, this Student Organization Committee will establish an active student organization that will give graduate students from ISR’s various disciplines opportunities to meet, enjoy camaraderie, and do things together.
