K.J. Ray Liu is Rutgers Distinguished Lecturer

Professor K.J. Ray Liu (ECE/ ISR) was a Distinguished Lecturer for the Rutgers University ECE Department, Oct. 7. Liu spoke on "Can Signal Processing Predict Cancer at Genomic Level?" He examined the possibilities of detecting different DNA gene cluster patterns in samples from cancer patients and normal subjects to predict the early stage of cancer development.
