Lovell now ISR joint appointment, Cohen joins ISR faculty

Associate Professor David Lovell (CEE/ISR), previously an ISR affiliated faculty member, now holds a joint appointment with Civil and Environmental Engineering and ISR.

In addition, Marc Cohen, formerly an ISR postdoctoral researcher, is now an ISR Assistant Research Scientist.
