news story image

Two years ago, NPR's Michele Norris interviewed Professor Shihab Shamma (ECE/ISR) outside a New Carrolton, Md., polling station after he voted in the Iraq election. She reconnected with him for All Things Considered on Jan. 2, 2007 in a wide-ranging conversation about his current impressions of the situation in his home country.
