Carlos Berenstein honored with celebration of his career

George Mason University recently hosted "A Celebration of Carlos Berenstein's Mathematics: Harmonic Analysis, Signal Processing and Complexity," in honor of Professor Carlos Berenstein's (Math/ISR) 60th birthday.
