Former ISR postdoc Ye Li named IEEE Fellow

Former ISR postdoc Ye (Geoffrey) Li has been named an IEEE Fellow. Li worked with Professor K.J. Ray Liu (ECE/ ISR) in the mid-1990s. Today he is an associate professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Georgia Tech. He directs the Information Transmission and Processing Laboratory there.
